CASA BLANCA — Iva Lee Smith, 76, died on June 7, 2012, at John C. Lincoln Hospital in Phoenix.
The wake will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Smith home. The graveside service will be early Friday in Vah-Ki Cemetery, with the Rev. Aaron Johns officiating.
Ms. Smith was born on June 6, 1936, in Bapchule. She was a certified nursing assistant.
Survivors include eight sons, Daryl Jose Sr. and John Jose of Casa Blanca, Dylan Jose of Ak-Chin, Herschule Jose of Phoenix, Valarian Jose, Martinez Sanchez and Luis Ruiz, all of Casa Blanca, and Norbert Smith of Phoenix; four daughters, Cynthia, Henrietta and Laticia Jose, all of Casa Blanca, and Felinda Pacheco of California; a sister, Irma Hoover of Casa Blanca; 38 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Stanley Kisto Sr. and Martin Sanchez, and a daughter, Karen Hernandez.
