Jack Kirby Allen of Casa Blanca, Arizona passed on January 21, 2023. He is now reunited with his parents, Ralston and Rosalie Allen. Jack was born on May 5, 1958 in Sacaton, Arizona and was a lifelong resident of District 5 on the Gila River Indian Community (GRIC). Jack’s life was one of service. As a young adult, he volunteered with the GRIC Police Department and GRIC Fire Department. His 25-year GRIC career began with the Security department at Lone Butte Industrial Park. As Jack advanced in his career and became part of the office staff, he dressed with an eye for style. He was passionate about heavy metal music, and was also a season ticket holder for the Arizona Cardinals. People knew not to call or visit Jack on a Sunday when the Cards were playing. He enjoyed road trips around the Southwest in his Chevy truck, and while at home he read political thrillers and spy novels.
Jack will join his previously departed older brother Harlan Allen (Carol). He is survived by his sister Carol Chunvichit (Andy) of Fairfax, Virginia and brother William (Toni) Allen of Casa Grande, Arizona. Jack has numerous nieces and nephews, along with a large family of cousins and friends. Jack’s loss will be deeply felt by all who knew him.
