KAKA VILLAGE — Jacqueline M. Johnson, 22, of Kaka died Oct. 4, 2009 at Hospice Family Care.
The wake will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Saturday at the Chiago home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated there at 6 a.m. Sunday. Burial will be in New Kaka Cemetery.
Ms. Johnson was born Aug. 20, 1987 in Phoenix. She was a student. She enjoyed her family and loved spending time with her grandmother. She was very outgoing and enjoyed listening to music and watching movies.
Survivors include her parents, Veronica Sam of Kaka and Leonard Johnson Sr. of Sacaton; three brothers, Skyler and Leonard Johnson Jr. of Kaka and Larson Johnson of Sacaton; two sisters, Latoya Johnson of Kaka and Anita Johnson of Sacaton; and grandparents, DeWayne and Sally Johnson of Sacaton and Mildred Chiago of Kaka. She was preceded in death by a brother, Glyver Sam, and grandfathers, Johnny Sam Sr. and Johnny Chiago.
