James Thomas Meadows, age 84, 31 year resident of Casa Grande, Arizona passed away peacefully on May 2, 2024 in Chandler, Arizona. Born July 25, 1939 in Parkview, New Mexico. He married Renee (Dutton) Meadows on November 6, 1959 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Renee and Jim celebrated their 64th anniversary last November.
Mr. Meadows was a Master Electrician, electrical Superintendent on several power plants and other projects. He was also an electrical quality agent in New Mexico, Florida, Colorado, Texas and Arkansas. His enjoyments included golfing, fishing, bowling and boating. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and helping family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife, Renee of Casa Grande; beloved children, Renetta (Rick) Gomez of Casa Grande; Michael (Brenda) Meadows of Las Vegas, Nevada and sister Peggy (Morton) Jenks. Also survived by 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by his parents, Troy and Mary Ellen Meadows and two brothers, Troy and Robert.
James was devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who dearly loved his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
