BAPCHULE - Janel Melva Brown, 36, of Bapchule died on April 25, 2014, at home.
Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday at St. Peter feast house, with rosary recited at 6. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 6 a.m. Saturday at St. Peter Catholic Mission by Monsignor Ed Meulemans. Burial will be in St. Peter Catholic Cemetery.
Ms. Brown was born on Sept. 16, 1977, in Phoenix. She was a caregiver and enjoyed listening to church music, cats, doing crossword puzzles and the Dallas Cowboys. She had a simple life and loved children.
Survivors include four brothers, David Johnson, Byron Johnson of Bapchule, Robert Johnson of Santan and Anthony Thomas of Mesa. She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin Brown and Wilma Webb, and two sisters, Carmen Marrietta and Deborah Jackson.
