Javier Gonzales

CASA GRANDE - Javier Gonzales, 46, of Casa Grande died on Feb. 13, 2016, at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center.

Mr. Gonzales was born on March 6, 1969, in Casa Grande. He was an auto body technician and liked to watch NASCAR. He liked to cook and was very good at it. Devoted to his family, he was a big Jets fan and listened to all kinds of music. He enjoyed hanging out with his family and friends and going fishing.

Survivors include a daughter, Ariel Gonzales of Casa Grande; a son, Andrew Gonzales of Casa Grande; a stepdaughter, Alicia Avalos of Casa Grande; a stepson, Hector Guerra of Casa Grande; three brothers, Orlando, Rene and Gary Gonzales, all of Casa Grande; a sister, Gracy Lavender of Casa Grande; and one grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Elena Gonzales.

Rosary will be recited at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 by the Rev. Alan Valencia.
