Jeffery Nish

SACATON - Jeffery Blaine Nish, 34, of Sacaton died on March 27, 2017.

Mr. Nish was born on Nov. 8, 1982, in Phoenix to Fraulein Johns and Virgil Nish. He grew up in the village of Hashan Kehk. From childhood he had a great sense of humor, was sociable and a risk taker.

He had a strong personality and became a wildland firefighter. He enjoyed his days among family and friends, sharing laughter and music.

Survivors include five children, Castor, Calvin, Cameron, Ellie and Ellis; his parents; and two siblings, Amery Nish and Crystal Nish-Wright. He was preceded in death by two siblings, Kirby and Erica Nish.

Visitation from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday, March 31, at Hashan Kehk Multipurpose Building, with a wake following at Mr. Nish's home. Funeral at 6 a.m. Saturday, April 1, at Sacaton Flats Presbyterian Church. Burial in Sacaton Flats Presbyterian Cemetery.
