Jeffery Ulate

SANTAN — Jeffery N. Ulate, 37, of Chandler died on Aug. 21, 2012, at Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn.
The wake will begin at 6 p.m. Friday at the District 4 Service Center, with rosary recited at 7. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 7 a.m. Saturday at St. Anne Catholic Mission by the Rev. Dale Jamison. Burial will be in St. Anne Catholic Cemetery.
Mr. Ulate was born on June 9, 1975, in Sacaton. He was a caregiver and enjoyed listening to music, repairing things and being on his computer. He took care of his dad, loved his family and frequently helped others.
Survivors include his parents, Linda Havier of Sacaton and Joe M. Ulate of Chandler; two brothers, Stanley Ulate of Casa Blanca and Joseph Ulate of Sacaton; and two sisters, Josie U. Vela and Amanda Ulate of Chandler.
