COOLIDGE — Jesse Lee McGill Jr., 67, of Coolidge died on June 6, 2013, in Phoenix.
The memorial service will be at 10 a.m. June 15 at New Bethel Church, with minister Eric Armendariz officiating.
Mr. McGill was born on Jan. 7, 1946, in Hope, Ark., and was a son of Lula Mae and Jesse L. McGill Sr. He was a school bus driver. A people person who loved women, he had a large family and enjoyed spending time with all family members at gatherings. He enjoyed listening to music, dancing and cooking and was a fisherman and collector of knives and other things. He enjoyed playing dominoes and doing karate.
Survivors include six daughters, Sherri McGill of Coolidge, Rezella Goswick of Mesa, Sonja, Tanya and Crystal McGill, all of Phoenix, and Sarah McGill of Coolidge; five sons, James Crawford and Tony McGill of Phoenix, Jimmy L. McGill of Florence, Jesse L. McGill III of Coolidge and Jonathon McGill of Phoenix; a sister, Joyce Douglas of Coolidge; 40 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two daughters, Marsha and Renee McGill, and two sons, Zachary and Jonah McGill.
J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud Coolidge Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
