Jesus Garza

ELOY — Jesus Garza, 82, of Eloy died on Sept. 28, 2010, at Maravilla Care Center in Phoenix.
The celebration of life will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel in Casa Grande, with Benita Garza-Lugo officiating.
Mr. Garza was born on March 28, 1928, in McNary, Texas, and was a son of Jose Delgado and Santos Garza. He was a heavy equipment operator, carpenter and mechanic and a life member of the Teamsters Union. He was a reliable, hard worker and had a sense of humor.
He enjoyed singing and gardening. He also enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren and was a member of St. Helen of the Cross Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Angela; a daughter, Santos R. Garza of Casa Grande; five sons, Arturo Garza of Kearny, Jesus Garza Jr. of Casa Grande, Ricardo Garza of Yakima, Wash., Antonio Garza of Phoenix and Lorenzo Garza of Tucson; three brothers, Antonio Estorga of California, Beto and Lorenzo Estorga of Texas; a sister, Benita Garza-Lugo of New Mexico; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Guadalupe Garza; a sister, Cuca Rubalcava; and four brothers, Tello, Lorenzo and Ignacio Garza and Alfonso Coronel.
