Jesus Murrieta

CASA GRANDE - Jesus Angel "Chuy" Murrietta, 23, died in Casa Grande on April 24, 2018.

Mr. Murrietta was born on Dec. 28, 1994, in Casa Grande and was a son of Victor M. and Bernadine (Murrietta) Lopez. He was very kindhearted and loved and appreciated time with his family and friends. He enjoyed being outdoors, hiking and camping.

Survivors include his parents; two sons, Ezra A. Murrietta and Elias Spradlin; his grandmother, Juanita R. Murrietta; 11 siblings, Robert E. Murrietta, Carlos R. Jimenez Jr., Mario Moran Jr., Maria Elena Moran, Aracely Moran, Elisa N. Murrietta, Victor M. Lopez Jr., Luis, Juan Antonio, Juan Manuel and Victoria Lopez; and a foster brother, Dakota Gonzalez of Casa Grande. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Conrad Salcedo.

Funeral Mass celebrated at 6 p.m. on Friday, May 4, at Pisinemo Village Feast House by the Rev. Bill Minkel, followed by an all-night wake. Burial at 6 a.m. on Saturday, May 5, in Pisinemo Cemetery.
