Joanie Marie Ramon

Joanie Marie Ramon, of Cockleburr, passed away on May 15, 2024, in Casa Grande. Joanie was born on November 22, 1978, in Sacaton to Mary and Billy Joe Antone. 
 
Joanie found joy in the simple pleasures of spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed watching movies, listening to music, taking leisurely walks, attending church services, and found fulfillment in her role as a caregiver, providing compassionate support to her clients. 
 
Joanie is survived by her mother and four children: Ailysa; Xylina; Ricky; and Raylon Juan. Her siblings Tyler; Brian; Lawrence Sr.; and Leander Antone. She is preceded in death by her father and one brother Ricardo Antone. 
 
An all-night wake will take place on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at Cockleburr Ethne Church from 6 p.m. until 5 a.m., followed by a burial on Sunday at Cockleburr Cemetery in Tohono O'odham.
