Joann Stow

JoAnn Stow, 77, of Casa Grande died Feb. 25, 2009 at Mi Casa Nursing Center in Mesa.


The memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Trinity Southern Baptist Church, with Pastor Mike Stow officiating.

Ms. Stow was born Aug. 6, 1931 in Oilton, Okla., and was a daughter of Gene and Leedy Roberts. She was a bookkeeper. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and enjoyed sewing, swimming and especially spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include two daughters, Dixie L. Dill and Tammy L. Kempton of Casa Grande; two sons, Robert D. Stow of Hereford, Texas, and Mike M. Stow of Onward, Ind.; three sisters, Susie Vagher of Kansas, Bonnie Jameson and Vickie Lester of Colorado; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Billie McGee, and a great-grandchild, Dustin.
