Jody Pomeroy

CASA GRANDE - Jody Pomeroy, 56, of Casa Grande died at home on May 7, 2016, due to a large pulmonary embolism that started in her leg.

Ms. Pomeroy was born in Manson, Iowa, on Oct. 17, 1959. She loved to read, watch movies, play games with her family, spend time with her grandkids and go bowling. She was devoted to her family and friends.

Survivors include her parents, Larry and Linda Nelson; two sisters, Brenda Ford and Kim Lemish; a son, Nicolas Pomeroy; a daughter, Rebecca Garcia; and four grandchildren.

The celebration of life will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Central Lutheran Church in Arizona City.
