SACATON - Joe Flores Jr., 67, of Sacaton died April 11, 2008 at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center.


Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. today at the District 3 Service Center. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 7 a.m. Friday at St. Anthony Catholic Mission in Sacaton by the Rev. Val Boyle. Burial will be in East Sacaton Cemetery.

Mr. Flores was born Sept. 18, 1940 in Hanford, Calif. He was a farm laborer.

Survivors include six daughters, Carol Lewis, Madeline Williams and Olivia Blackwater, all of Sacaton, Gail Blackwater of Goodyear, Natalie Blackwater of Phoenix and Jennifer Blackwater Johnson of Blackwater; two sons, Harlan Jackson and Shannon Blackwater of Sacaton; two sisters, Laura Hernandez and Rosa Augustine of Yuma; a brother, Santos Flores of Yuma; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
