Joe Montijo

ELOY — Jesus "Joe" Montijo, 64, of Eloy died on Dec. 21, 2012, at home.
The wake will begin at 4 p.m. Friday at 5590 W. Cabra Way.
Mr. Montijo was born on Dec. 1, 1948, in Casa Grande and was a son of Manuel Z. and Margarita Montijo. He was a mechanic and a hard worker. He loved to spend time with his family.
Survivors include four daughters, Eustolia Montijo of Eloy, Connie Montijo of Sinaloa, Mexico, Delia and Margarita Montijo of Eloy; two sons, Joe Montijo Jr. and Johnny Gomez of Eloy; three sisters, Josefina and Carmen Montijo of Coolidge and Mary Zepeda of Santa Maria, Calif.; two brothers, Edward Montijo of Douglas and Daniel Montijo of Coolidge; 31 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Joann Montijo; two sisters, Mary Helen Montijo and Betty Gomez; and a brother, Manuel Montijo.
