Joe Walker, Iv

Joe Walker IV, 50, of Sacaton, died January 2, 2023, in Chandler. He was born February 2, 1972, in Fort Defiance to Joe Walker III and Beverly Schurz. Joe was a kindhearted and humble man. He liked to read, work and just keep busy. He enjoyed watching movies, listening to music and was a great break-dancer when he was younger. He was also a Pittsburgh Steelers fan and enjoyed his drink. He had a great sense of humor and could always make you laugh. He is survived by his aunts and uncles, Jeanell C. Schurz-Justin, of the Gila River Indian Community, LaVerne, Lorraine, Mary Louise, Jasper, Herbert, Jesse and Gilbert Walker all of Navajo Nation, and

many nieces and nephews. 

He is preceded in death by his father, Joe Walker III; his mother, Beverly Schurz; stepfather, Melvin Sekayouma; brothers, Jacob Walker and Steven Sekayouma; sister, Candace Sekayouma; and a baby nephew.
