Joey Wayne Stevens, 21, of Coolidge, died October 9, 2022. He was born December 22, 2000, to Billy Stevens and Carla Harris in Mesa. Joey had a great sense of humor; he loved making others laugh and was a great impressionist. He enjoyed going hunting, shooting his gun, and playing the PlayStation. He liked going to the races and helping his friend prepare for his race. Joey loved his wild hair and wouldn’t let anyone touch it, only a few were lucky to do so. He was a good kid, polite and respectful. Family meant everything to him, and he loved to be with them. His sister believes he was the hungriest brother in the world and made the best breakfast burritos. He will be missed dearly.
He is survived by his parents, and his siblings, William Stevens, Troy Harris, Monique Harris, and Emmah Stevens, and his companion Savannah Rico all of Coolidge.
He is preceded in death by his sister Brittnee Harris, his maternal grandparents, Carl J. and Peggy Sue Harris, and his paternal grandmother, Delinda Stevens.
