John (Jack) Briant
Casa Grande Arizona - At the age of 92, our beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother died peacefully at the Banner Hospital with family and friends at his side. Jack passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2019, in Casa Grande Arizona.
Born Jan. 22, 1927, in Otter Creek Montana, he was the son of Henry and Alma Briant. Raised in Stacey Montana area, he graduated from Powder River County High School in Broadus Montana. Following high school, he worked as a Ranch Hand and eventually as a Truck Driver. On Aug. 31, 1948, Jack was united in marriage to Geraldine Lucille Hogan (Jerry) in Miles City Montana. They lived in numerous places Miles City, Glendive Stacey, Ekalaka, Sand Springs and Billings and, in 1992, they retired in Red Lodge Montana, where they lived until Jerry passed away in 2010. After Jerry’s passing Jack united in marriage to Edna Collins of Roberts Montana. Jack and Edna resided in the Roberts area and wintered in Arizona City Arizona happily together for over eight years.
Jack loved singing and playing his guitar with the High Chaparral RV Park Western band. He loved camping and traveling, being a husband father and grandfather.
Jack leaves behind his wife Edna of 8 years. Sister Vivian Pierce of Shepard MT; Son Bradley (Betty) Briant of Maricopa Az.; Daughter Deborah Mock of College Station Texas; Stepchildren John (Jolene) Collins of Fairfield PA; Penny (Jim) Redli of Columbus MT; Jenny (Dan) Still of Roberts MT; 10 Grandchildren,14 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
Visitation & Funeral Service will be held at J Warren Funeral Service 525 N
th Peart Rd Casa Grande, AZ beginning at10:00 Am Tuesday Nov 26 .
