John N. Jose

John Nelson Jose, aged 78, passed away on January 6, 2025. He was born on February 5, 1946, in Casa Grande to Velina Juan-Jose and Avalon Jose. 

John is remembered by his son, Freddie I. Jose, daughter-in-law Dionne Bahyesva, his sister Ida Jose and immediate and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents Avalon and Velina Juan-Jose, his wife Nancy Jose, siblings Donald, Fernando and Nicholas Jose. 

A vigil will take place on Friday, January 10, 2025, at St. Ignatius Church in North Komelik, where family and friends can gather to honor his memory. A Mass will be celebrated at 8:00 p.m., followed by burial at North Komelik Cemetery, Tohono O'odham Nation, on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at 6:00 a.m.
