SACATON - Jonathan Robert Mills, 39, of Sacaton died on Jan. 13, 2019.
Mr. Mills was born on April 26, 1979, to Elizabeth A. Mills. He worked at Gila River Health Care in environmental services and security until 2011. He most recently worked at Lone Butte Casino as a housekeeper for six years. He was devoted to his family and loved taking care of his children. He loved to play with them and take them out.
He was a hardworking man who loved to support his family. He loved to joke with family and friends and especially his co-workers. He always shared a smile and enjoyed making new friends wherever he went. He was a big fan of WWE wrestling and the Dallas Cowboys, loving to imitate wrestlers and football players. He also was a loving and caring foster father.
Survivors include his wife of 12 years, Sandra; four children, Julia Mills of Mesa, Enrique, Leola and Emily of Sacaton; his mother, of Casa Grande; and two sisters, Christin of Casa Blanca and Adrianna Taylor of Wisconsin. He was preceded in death by grandparents Robert L. and Gloria A. Mills.
Wake beginning at 6 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 20, at the District 3 Service Center. Graveside service at 8 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 21, in Sacaton East Cemetery.
