Jose B. Garcia

ELOY - Jose B. Garcia, 85, of Eloy died Sept. 30, 2007 at RTA Hospice House in Casa Grande.


Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Valley Chapel, with rosary recited at 7. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Helen of the Cross Catholic Church by the Rev. Juan Carlos Aguirre. Burial will be in Eloy Memorial Park.

Mr. Garcia was born Sept. 15, 1922 in Mexico. He was a laborer and a member of St. Helen's Church.

Survivors include his wife, Margarita; two sons, Eliverio Garcia of Eloy and Elpidio Garcia of Casa Grande; four daughters, Theresa Rivas and Lila Garcia of Oxnard, Calif., Dorotea Garcia of Camarillo, Calif., and Micaela Garcia de Trevino of Monterrey, Mexico; a sister, Nicolasa Reyna of Oxnard; a brother, Pedro Garcia of Monterrey; 22 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sons and a great-grandchild.
