Jose M. Lucio

ELOY - Jose M. Lucio, 71, of Eloy died on Dec. 12, 2017, at home.

Mr. Lucio was born on July 15, 1946, in Laredo, Texas, to Alfredo Lucio and Ofelia Morales. He enjoyed many outdoor activities and spending time with family, especially his grandkids, and friends.

He was a driver for Eloy schools and was devoted to his family.

Survivors include his wife, Rosenda; five sons and daughters, Phillip Lucio, Adrianna Lucio and Ofelia Cook of Casa Grande, Rudy Lucio of Eloy and Geneva Coronado of Arizona City; seven siblings, Alfredo Lucio of Dalton, Georgia, Juan and Ernest Lucio, Terry Garrison and Betty Miguel, all of Eloy, Robert Lucio of Tennessee and Lupe Reyes of Mesa; and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Alice Carbajal and Socorro Coronado, and a brother, Noe Lucio.

Graveside service at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 19, in Eloy Memorial Park, with Deacon Pat Abiles officiating.
