Jose Phillip Soto

CASA GRANDE - Jose Phillip Soto Sr., 74, of Casa Grande died peacefully on Dec. 9, 2017, at Lita Caring Home.

Mr. Soto was born on Dec. 18, 1942. He was known to his friends as Phillip but what he loved most was when his grandchildren called him "Tata." He loved to restore old cars, especially his favorite, the '57 Chevy, and his family said they were always amazing.

He is survived by a son and daughter, Jose Phillip Soto Jr. of Casa Grande and Margaret E. Soto Cruz of Apache Junction; a brother, Daniel Guerra of Florence; 10 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
