Joselita Consuelo Yucupicio

COOLIDGE - Joselita Consuelo Yucupicio, 59, of Coolidge died on Dec. 2, 2016, in Clifton.

Ms. Yucupicio was born on Aug. 22, 1957, in Sacaton. She was a homemaker and loved to attend church and be around all of her kids and grandkids. She really enjoyed music, and her favorites were The Beatles and Elvis Presley.

She liked watching Fox 10 with Rick D’Amico and was looking forward to reuniting with her son next July. She also enjoyed making chumuth (tortillas).

Survivors include her companion, Lorenzo Ortiz; three sons and five daughters, Fernando Yucupicio, Jovita Rodriguez, Deanna Valencia, Francisco Yucupicio, Michelle Madril, all of Coolidge, Melissa Galdamez of Clifton, Mario Jesus Flores of Casa Grande and Angela Yucupicio of Coolidge; a brother, Leonard Yucupicio of Blackwater; a sister, Lydia Yucupicio of Eloy; and 19 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.

The wake will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday at the District 1 Multipurpose Building in Blackwater. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 8 a.m. Saturday at Holy Family Catholic Mission by Monsignor Ed Meulemans. Burial will be in West Blackwater Cemetery.

J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud Coolidge Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
