Josetta Pilone

SAN LUCY - Josetta Pilone, 35, died on Jan. 28, 2019.

Ms. Pilone was born on Aug. 25, 1983, to Jose S. Pilone Sr. and Rechanda R. Cipriano in Phoenix. She graduated from Gila Bend High School, then went to Job Corps and graduated in the business area.

She worked at the San Lucy District as a health coordinator. She loved to dance, was a Kwalia dancer and Hi-Chid dancer. She made everyone her friend and loved to help the elders.

Survivors include her mother; two brothers, Jose Jr. and Joseph Sr.; a sister, Joselyn Pilone; five half-sisters, Josie, Jessica, Sharee and Lyda Pilone and Josefa Lewis; six nieces; and six nephews. She was preceded in death by her father.

Wake and Mass beginning at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 7, at San Lucy Catholic Mission, celebrated by the Rev. Benedict Mary Lieb. Burial at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 8, in San Lucy Cemetery.
