Joyce Chandler

Joyce J. Chandler, 80, of Casa Grande died on May 1, 2010, at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center.
The memorial service will be at 10 a.m. May 15 at Oatville Community Church in Wichita, Kan., with interment in Mount Hope Cemetery near Geuda Springs, Kan.
Mrs. Chandler was born on Jan. 24, 1930. She graduated from East High School in Wichita in 1948 and was a newspaper proofreader. She gave long service to Job’s Daughters, Bethel 74 in Wichita, and was grand guardian in Kansas in 1990-91. She was an avid bowler and served as host of the Midian Shriners Bowling Tournament hospitality room for many years. She dedicated her life to serving others and was loving, caring and dignified.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Roger; five adult children, Kathy, Don, Michael, Jackie and Gary; two brothers, John and Bob; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Jo, and two brothers, Orval and Jerry.
