Juan D. Jurado, beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away peacefully at home with his loving family by his side on February 28, 2025, in Casa Grande, Arizona. He was born on March 8, 1952, in Acala, Texas, and dedicated over 30 years of his life to the cotton ginning industry throughout Arizona, where he took immense pride in his work and demonstrated unwavering dedication.

Juan’s passion for life extended beyond his career. He cherished gatherings with family, always looking forward to holidays like Thanksgiving, which he celebrated with a warm heart and an inviting spirit. He loved listening to oldies and old school Tejano music, as well as while watching old western movies became cherished moments spent with loved ones. Juan also loved to have BBQ's and gatherings with family and friends.

He is survived by his loving spouse, Linda Jurado, and a large family that includes his daughters, Priscilla (Jerry) Jordan (Buckeye, AZ), Brenda (Chris) Osuna (Vista, CA), Jackie (Lanny) O'Dell Daniel (Casa Grande, AZ), Brandy (Anthony) Jones (Scottsdale,AZ), Mariah Jurado (Casa Grande, AZ), and Marissa Jurado (Casa Grande, AZ). He was a proud father to his sons, Juan Carlos (Deserae) Jurado (Buckeye, AZ), Billy O'Dell (Casa Grande, AZ), Isaiah Jurado (Casa Grande, AZ), and Ezekiel Jurado (Casa Grande, AZ). Additionally, Juan will be deeply missed by his sister Fina Silva (Fabens, TX), his sister Irene Duran (El Paso, TX), and his 19 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren, all of whom are left to honor his memory and legacy.

He was preceded in death by his father, Moises Jurado; his mother, Josefina Jurado; his sister, Geneva Alvarez; and his brother, Luis Jurado. Their memories will forever remain with those who survive him, as they celebrate the impact he had within each of their lives.

A visitation will be held on March 15, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Casa Grande - Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel, located at 525 N Peart Road, Casa Grande, AZ 85122. Following this, a Rosary will take place from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM, followed by a Prayer Service from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Burial to follow at Mt. View Cemetery.

Juan D. Jurado will be remembered as a dedicated worker, a loving family man, and a friend to many. His legacy will continue to live on through the countless lives he touched with his kindness and warmth.
