ELOY - Juana Carmen Roll, 76, of Colusa, Calif., and formerly of Eloy, died on March 28, 2014, at Enloe Medical Center in Chico, Calif.
A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Valley Chapel in Eloy. Burial will be in Eloy Memorial Park. The funeral was at 11 a.m. last Saturday at Colusa Assembly of God.
Ms. Roll was born on Feb. 8, 1938. She was a homemaker and lived in Colusa for nine years after moving from Eloy. She enjoyed doing word puzzles, fishing, cooking and spending time with her family and her dog, Paco.
Survivors include four sons, Santiago Barbosa of Tulare, Calif., Alfredo Barbosa of Colusa, Francisco Barbosa of Phoenix and Ricardo Barbosa of Blythe, Calif.; three daughters, Sylvia Barbosa of San Bernardino, Calif., Virginia Barbosa of Colusa and Angelica Barbosa of Blythe; a brother, Jesse Herrera of Merced, Calif.; 28 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lupe B. Carter.
Memorial contributions may be made in her name to a breast cancer fund of the donor’s choice.
