Juanita Margeurite Kopczynski

Juanita Marguerite "Schatzie" Kopczynski, 83, of Wauwatosa, Wis., died peacefully at home on Jan. 29, 2008.


Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. by the Rev. Kevin Clinch. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.

Mrs. Kopczynski was born Feb. 8, 1924 in Manila, Philippines. She was a homemaker and was devoted to her family, an excellent cook and avid bingo player, well known at various bingo sites. She was a longtime friend to many and enjoyed her dogs, Lady and Tiffy.

Survivors include two daughters, Sarah Moshirian and Monica Kopczynski of San Diego; two sons, Michael Kopczynski of Houston and James Kopczynski of Wauwatosa; and seven grandchildren. Her husband, Air Force retiree Robert B. Kopczynski, died in 1988.
