Julie Kathrine "Kathi" Arp, 62, a retired Casa Grande teacher, died on March 5, 2013, at Hospice Family Care.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church of Casa Grande. The funeral will follow at 10, with the Rev. Dr. Ben Seller officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.
Ms. Arp was born on May 29, 1950, in Hayward, Calif. She grew up in Casa Grande and was a member of Rainbow for Girls. She was a teacher for 25 years at Saguaro and Ironwood elementary schools and was an elder at First Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Susan Katherine Arp of Peoria, and two brothers, Stanley and Bradley Dean of Casa Grande. She was preceded in death by her parents, Virginia Robertson and Stanley Dean Sr.
