June Gorecki

CASA GRANDE - June Carolyn Gorecki, 76, of Casa Grande died on July 4, 2017, in Tucson.
Ms. Gorecki was born on June 17, 1941, in Chicago to Henry T. and Helen C. Waslo Baechtold. She was an active volunteer for Donate Life and Gift of Hope, supporting organ transplant recipients. She also was active with Veterans of Foreign Wars Women's Auxiliary and American Legion in both Arizona and Illinois.
Her greatest passion was her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She lived her life by putting her family first. Some of her favorite hobbies were playing bingo, Yahtzee and other games with family and friends.
Survivors include two sons and a daughter, Richard Gorecki Jr. of Naperville, Illinois, Pamela Benuska of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Michael Gorecki of Joliet, Illinois; a brother, Ray Baechtold of Maricopa; and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Norine Gore; a brother, Arthur Baechtold; and her partner, Robert C. Abbey Sr.
Memorial service at 10 a.m. Friday, July 7, at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel. Another memorial service will be held July 17 in Illinois.
