Juventino H. "Tino" Guanajuato

ELOY - Juventino H. "Tino" Guanajuato, 66, of Eloy died on Nov. 28, 2018, in Mesa.

Mr. Guanajuato was born on Sept. 6, 1952, in Casa Grande to Jesus and Delfina (Hernandez) Guanajuato. He was a very friendly person. Although handicapped, he loved to help others by opening doors at stores.

He had many friends and loved his Cowboys. In high school he was a football team manager. Earning a letterman's jacket meant a lot to him. He was a member of the senior center and loved going to casinos.

Survivors include two brothers, Johnny Guanajuato of Eloy and Richard Guanajuato of Casa Grande; two sisters, Esperanza Salazar and Olivia Mendivil of Eloy; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Jesse and Ramiro Guanajuato, and a sister, Josie Diaz.

Rosary recited at 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 14, at St. Helen of the Cross Catholic Church. Memorial Mass celebrated at 10:30. Inurnment in Eloy Memorial Park.
