SANTAN — Kenneth Jose Terry, 82, of Santan died on Feb. 18, 2011, at Gilbert Mercy Medical Center.
Visitation will be from 5 to 10 p.m. Friday at the District 4 Service Center. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 8 a.m. Saturday at St. Anne Catholic Mission by the Rev. Ed Meulemans. Burial will be in St. Anne Catholic Cemetery.
Mr. Terry was born on March 4, 1928, in Sacaton and was a son of Manuel Terry and Amelia Miguel. He served in the Army and was a farm tractor driver. He was Catholic and a member of Ira Hayes American Legion Post in Sacaton. He enjoyed watching Professional Bull Riders and WWE wrestling on TV, and his favorite was Rey Mysterio.
Survivors include four daughters, Carol Terry and Rebecca Webb of Goodyear Village, Lucinda Williams and Cheryl Curtis of Santan; a son, Leon Terry of Santan; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine; two sons, Kenton and Kenneth Terry Jr.; four brothers; and two sisters.
