Laurel Lam

Laurel Elaine Lam, 72, of Casa Grande died on July 31, 2012, at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center.
The memorial service will be held later.
Ms. Lam was born on May 28, 1940, in Ronan, Mont., and was a daughter of Earle Hollingsworth and Gertrude Lyon. She became a teacher in Europe and Okinawa and later returned to school to become an interior designer. She was a lover of life who traveled around the world. In Casa Grande she was a member of First Presbyterian Church and Stephen Ministries who loved visiting with family and friends.
Survivors include a daughter, Karis A. Rempel of Fort Irwin, Calif., and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Janet Grilley.
