Lazaro M. Mora

CASA GRANDE - Lazaro M. Mora, 76, died on Sept. 9, 2018, in Mesa.

Mr. Mora was born to Elias and Margarita Mora on May 3, 1942, in Coalcoman, Michoacan, Mexico. He married Lisa on Jan. 27, 1977, in Casa Grande.

He loved animals, working with his hands, classic cars and spending time with his family. He also enjoyed watching soccer, boxing and western movies.

Survivors include his wife of 41 years; 10 sons and daughters, Rolando, Daniel, Francisco Mora Jr. and Lazaro Mora of Casa Grande, Ignacio Mora of Rocky Point, Sonora, Mexico, Raquel St. Clair of Casa Grande, Leticia Beers of San Diego, Margaret Mora Macias of Arizona City, Maribel Mora of Casa Grande and Dionny Mora of Eloy; 34 grandchildren; and 85 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Elias and Adolfo Mora.

Funeral Mass celebrated at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 18, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.
