COOLIDGE - Lee Ann Marquez, 49, of Coolidge died on Nov. 12, 2013.
The memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church in Florence, with Pastor Dale Storm officiating.
Mrs. Marquez was born on Dec. 24, 1963, in Jamestown, N.D. She was a store manager and an outgoing, strong-willed person who loved life. She loved to help people and was a mentor to many, pouring her heart and soul into everything she did. She attended college and was working toward a degree in accounting. She wanted whatever project she was working on to be perfect.
An animal lover, she had many pets. She also loved fishing and music, especially Ozzy Osbourne, and was an avid coin collecter. She loved sunny Arizona and was referred to as the "Sun Goddess," enjoying time by her pool. Her nickname was "Tweety," as she loved Tweety Bird.
Survivors include her husband, David Marquez; a daughter, Vicky King of Coolidge; four sons, Troy Elhard of Coolidge, Eric Elhard of Jamestown, Tom Bodwell of Glendale and Justin Budzinski of Coolidge; her parents, Gary Elhard of Mandan, N.D., and Diane Elhard of Jamestown; and two grandchildren.
J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud Coolidge Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
