Lenora Jones

SACATON - Lenora E. Jones, 90, died on Nov. 23, 2014, at Caring House.

The funeral will be at 8 a.m. Tuesday at Vah-Ki Presbyterian Church in Casa Blanca, with the Rev. Aaron Johns officiating. Burial will be in Vah-Ki Cemetery.

Mrs. Jones was born on Jan. 23, 1924, in Sacaton and was a daughter of Paul and Fannie Lewis. She was a nurse and was a loving, caring person whose faith in the Lord carried her through life. She was devoted to her family and friends.

Survivors include four sons, Wallace Jones of Casa Blanca, Robert Jones of Chandler, Steven Jones of Mesa and Rodney Jones of Phoenix; 12 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin L., and a sister, Imogene Garcia.
