Leola "Boogie" Pratt

SACATON — Leola Frances “Boogie” Pratt, 53, of Chandler died March 6, 2011, at Caring House.
The wake will be from 6 p.m. to midnight Friday at the Gila River Indian Community District 3 Service Center. The traditional funeral will begin at 6 a.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church of Sacaton. Burial will be in East Sacaton Cemetery.
Ms. Pratt was born March 26, 1957, in Sacaton. She was a homemaker who loved to be with her family and friends. She loved to dance, loved doing arts and crafts and was always the life of the party.
She is survived by her mother, Winona Pratt of Sacaton; three daughters, Serrah, Lorrin and Nonna Pratt, all of Sacaton; three sons, Richard, Eljay and Harliss Pratt, all of Sacaton; two brothers, Samuel III and George, both of Sacaton; two sisters, Ellen and LaQuinta, both of Sacaton; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Samuel Jr., and two sisters, Ruth Ann and Andrea.
