Linda Diane Zimmer

CASA GRANDE - Linda Diane Zimmer, 65, of Casa Grande died on April 30, 2016, at home.

Mrs. Zimmer was born on Oct. 11, 1950, in Philadelphia and was a daughter of Joseph and Ruth Szatmary. She was an injection mold technician in the plastics industry before retirement. She liked to crochet and donate items to local charities and was an active member of Elks, American Legion Auxiliary and Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary.

She was always up for a bingo trip with her friends and was an avid reader. She enjoyed riding horses in her younger years and took pride in her flower gardens. She took great pleasure in watching her grandchildren play sports.

Survivors include her husband of almost 46 years, Bill; a daughter, Jennifer D. DeBono of Michigan; a son, William Zimmer Jr. of Arizona; two brothers, Gerald Hall of Italy and Samuel Szatmary of Michigan; three sisters, Wanda Mastalier of Michigan, Sharon Ledford of South Dakota and Sandra Christman of Virginia; and grandchildren.
