Ms. Huizar was born on Nov. 15, 1946, in Canton, Ohio, to Rudolph and Mary (Nosic) Pacelli.

She is survived by a son, Michael Carter; a daughter, Christine Sena; and two brothers, John Pacelli and Richard Baker.
