Linda Kay Godbold

Linda Kay Godbold, 74, of Casa Grande died on July 13, 2015, at Chandler Regional Medical Center.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.

Mrs. Godbold was born on Oct. 6, 1940, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and was a daughter of John L. Daly and Marian Mayer. She was an assistant director in the health care field, having started at Sun Life Family Health Center as a part-time receptionist. She retired after 30-plus years there.

She was a member of St. Anthony’s Church and Zonta Club of Casa Grande Valley. Known for being outspoken, she enjoyed playing Bunco, doing tai chi and having lunch with many of her friends.

Survivors include her husband, Gary W.; a daughter, Gara Godbold of Pacifica, California; a stepson, Mitchell Godbold of Prescott; and a sister, Sharron Daly of Flower Mound, Texas.
