Lorena Vernice Gonzales

October 29, 1930 — March 27, 2014

Lorena Gonzales passed away March 27, 2014 at her daughter’s home. She was born
October 29, 1930 in Scottsdale, AZ. She was a homemaker that loved her family.
Lorena was active in her church, Casa Blanca Assembly of God Church and enjoyed
sewing and doing her crafts. She was a great help to many and loved everybody, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is survived by two daughters, Karen and Yolanda James of Scottsdale; one sister, Floretta Rhodes of Sacaton; two brothers, Igle and Fernald Gonzales of Casa Blanca; three grandchildren, Thomas Enos, Jr. of Scottsdale, Leslie Enos of Sacaton and Hailey Allen of Scottsdale; and eight great grandchildren, Tomasi, Nathan, Laila, Anthony Jr., Ethan, Kristina, Baron and Veronica.
Lorena was preceded in death by her parents, Joe M. and Glizabah Gonzales; two sisters, Nadine Ennis and Alba Narcia; and two grandsons, Jacob Enos and Philip Johns.

Visitation will be Friday, April 4, 2014 at Casa Blanca Assembly of God Church, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 6:30 a.m. at Vah-Ki Presbyterian Church. Burial will follow at Vah-Ki Cemetery in Casa Blanca.
