Lynda Sue "Lee" Williams, 62, of Casa Grande died on May 19, 2014, at home.

A private service is planned.

Ms. Williams was born on June 5, 1951, in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. She served in the Army and received a master’s degree in theology. An ordained minister with the United Church of Christ, she served as a pastor in Chandler. She enjoyed reading and making jewelry and was a published author of religious books.

Survivors include her companion, Bobbye Johnson; a daughter, Bettye C. Kanady of Casa Grande; two sons, Matthew P. Williams of South Carolina and Dr. Robert N. Johnson of Utah; her mother, Sally K. Cary of Casa Grande; two sisters, Pamela K. Cary of Pennsylvania and Phydilla Cary of Florida; five brothers, John F. Cary III, Mark C. and Joseph D. Cary, all of Pennsylvania, Timothy J. Cary of Florida and Toby L. Cary of Connecticut; and a grandchild.

J. Warren Funeral Services, Mountain View Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
