Madeline Williams
SACATON — Madeline Faye Williams, 59, died on Nov. 3, 2010, at Trillium Specialty Hospital in Sun City.
Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Monday at the District 3 Service Center, with rosary recited at 6. The wake will continue at the Williams home after 11. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 8 a.m. Tuesday at St. Anthony Catholic Mission in Sacaton by the Rev. Dale Jamison. Burial will be in East Sacaton Cemetery.
Ms. Williams was born on Jan. 20, 1951, in Sacaton. She was a nurse. She was active in sports in her younger years and was a big Arizona Wildcats fan. She liked spending time with family and friends and going to community events. She loved to cook.
Survivors include her companion, Anthony Antone Sr.; eight daughters, Elgena Miguel of Sacaton, Jill Miguel of Tucson, Lynelle Williams and Linda Williams-Hendricks of Sacaton, Monica Williams of Gila Crossing, Melanie Williams of Casa Grande, Denise Miguel and Mary Jane Williams of Sacaton; three sons, Edward Miguel Jr. of Santan, Elgin Miguel of Maricopa and Ritz Williams Jr. of Indiana; five sisters, Gail Blackwater of Goodyear Village, Olivia Blackwater of Casa Blanca, Natalie Blackwater, Jennifer Blackwater-Johnson of Blackwater and Carol Lewis of Sacaton; two brothers, Harlan Jackson and Shannon Blackwater of Sacaton; 38 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ritz Williams Sr.; her parents, Harless Porter and Phyliss Jackson; a son, Carl Williams; and a sister, Olinda Williams.
