Magdalena Montoya, 79, of Casa Grande died on Feb. 7, 2013, at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel, with rosary recited at 7. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.
Mrs. Montoya was born on Aug. 4, 1933, in Clifton. She was a homemaker and also worked for Hexcel Corp. for 10 years. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, ceramics, sewing and being with her family.
Survivors include five sons, John Cruz of Phoenix, David Cruz of Casa Grande, Arnold Ramirez of Barstow, Calif., Ramon Cruz of Saudi Arabia and Carlos Cruz of Reno, Nev.; a daughter, Christina Lara of Casa Grande; a brother, Eddie Hernandez of Tucson; a sister, Lupe Rosales of Phoenix; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eulogio Montoya Jr.
