Marcella Darrell

SACATON - Marcella Darrell, 74, of Sacaton died on Sept. 7, 2014, at home.

The wake will begin at 6 p.m. Friday at the District 4 Service Center. The graveside service will be at 7 a.m. Saturday in Lower Santan Cemetery, with David George officiating.

Ms. Darrell was born on April 24, 1940, in Santan. She grew up there and spent her life as a homemaker. Always smiling and joyful, she loved to sew and do crossword puzzles. She was known for her kindness.

Survivors include two daughters, Deborah and Alberta Miguel of Sacaton; a son, Charles Harrison of Salt River; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Miranda Miguel, and a son, Edgar Miguel.
