Maria Ana Baeza

Maria Ana "Anita" Baeza, 81, of Eloy died April 11, 2008 at RTA Hospice House.


Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at St. Helen of the Cross Catholic Church, with rosary recited at 7. Funeral Mass will be celebrated there at 9 a.m. Friday by the Rev. Ignatius DeGroot. Burial will be in Eloy Memorial Park.

Mrs. Baeza was born July 26, 1926 in El Paso, Texas. She was a homemaker. She was very happy and loved her family and friends. She loved to take rides with her son and husband, music, bingo, casinos, flowers and her garden, and Spanish music.

Survivors include two daughters, Mary Rodriguez and Yolanda Baeza of Eloy; four sons, Ramiro, Oscar, Gabby and Ralph Baeza, all of Casa Grande; a sister, Eliza Ontiveros of California; 13 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was precededin death by her husband, Salvador, and a sister, Josefina Ortiz.
