Maria Del Consuelo Macias Garcia

Maria Del Consuelo Macias Garcia, 85, of Casa Grande died on May 17, 2015, at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center.

The funeral and burial will be in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.

Mrs. Macias Garcia was born on July 17, 1929, in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, Mexico, and was a daughter of Pedro and Aurelia Garcia Macias. She was a maternity nurse for 33 years. She spent much time with her grandchildren and loved to travel, sing and dance. She also liked to cook and watch novelas and helped raise her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include a daughter, Maria Garcia of Casa Grande; four sisters, Ascension, Anastacia, Angelita and Cristina Macias; two brothers, Andres and Guillermo Macias; 12 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; and 20 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesus Flores-Garcia; a son, Jesus Flores-Macias; a sister, Paulina Macias; and a great-grandchild, Christian Pintor.
