Maria M. Bejarano, 75, of Casa Grande died Aug. 20, 2007 at home.
Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. Friday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel. The scripture service will follow at 10:30. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.
Mrs. Bejarano was born July 20, 1932 in Guadalupe and was a daughter of Rafael and Maria Valenzuela. She lived in Arizona all her life. She was devoted to her family. She loved being in the kitchen and was known for her cooking. She liked flowers, gardening, music and, in her younger years, dancing.
She was always willing to help others, even if it meant sacrifice for herself. She enjoyed grocery shopping and having family and friends around her.
Survivors include three daughters, Mary E. Vargas of Chandler, Frances Aguayo of Tucson and Consagrada Bejarano of Casa Grande; a son, Manuel Bejarano Jr. of Casa Grande; a sister, Refugia Flores of Guadalupe; 16 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel Sr., in 2005, and two sisters, Crucita Guichapa and Elisia Valenzuela.
